Quickly Bulk Import Stickers to GoodNotes using Elements Collections

Make sure GoodNotes is Updated

To enable the Elements Tool, you must update GoodNotes to the latest version.

Use Split View to open GoodNotes & the Files app

How to use the Multitasking menu to open multiple iPad apps:

1. Open an app (GoodNotes).
2. Tap the Multitasking button Quickly Bulk Import Stickers To Goodnotes Using Elements Collections at the top of the screen.
3. Tap the Split View button Quickly Bulk Import Stickers To Goodnotes Using Elements Collections. The current app moves aside and your Home Screen appears.
4. Choose a second app (Files).
5. The second app appears side-by-side with the current app.

Create a new collection from the Elements picker

Create a new collection from the Elements picker.

In the Files app, navigate to where you’ve stored the stickers that you want to import.

Select Multiple Stickers

In the Files app, click on the 3 dots inside the circle in the upper right. A menu will open – choose the “Select” option. This will allow you to click and drag (with your finger or Apple Pencil) to select all the files inside the folder.

Bulk Import Stickers to GoodNotes

When you have chosen all the images you want to import, click and hold until the text disappears. Then you can drag everything over to the GoodNotes Collection. Your images will show in a stack, with an image count badge to the upper right. When that badge changes to green, let go of the stack. Then click “Create”.

Voilà! All your stickers are now accessible inside GoodNotes, for use inside any notebook, journal, or planner!
